i dont think nature knows extinction. it knows transformation instead. everything science has taught me strengthens my belief in spiritual existence after death. i dont believe in a heaven, or final resting place anymore either. like when i posted in adams lj something about how everything in the universe goes in cycles, well if theres a final resting place, existence cant be cyclical, cause itd end, ya know. i do think theres an inbetween space though. like, a time or place to reflect. a uhh, 'rest area next right' on the highway.
and about string theory...
string theorys the threory recently conceived that kinda says all matter it made of vibrating strings, way smaller than atoms. but theres not alot of proof. but science and religion are really one in the same. both are a bit of a stretch. cause to believe in string theory, you gotta have faith ya know. same thing goes for christianity or w/e.
im 100% convinced theres a god though. cause in the big bang, when the engery gravitated towards itself, imploded, then exploded, something made that energy.
so my cousin was over thurs/fri/sat, from minnesota. and hes 10. and he was askin me someting about salt water, fresh water and precipitation. so after i explained the uhh, water cycle or w/e, i goes 'just think dude, the same rain that rains on us was on the dinosaurs, and jesus, and mlk, and haille sallaisse' (forgot how to spell his name). and being 10 he goes 'sam, that totally freaked me out. thats kinda gross too. like, the dinosuars probably rolled in their poop'.
you know what pissed me off though, (im guessing no) when i heard on the news that bush said he supported creationism?! what the fuck. like god really created earth in 7 earth days! time wasnt even established! man made time. couldnt believe it. that alone should be an impeachable offense.
that part in family guy where peter says something like 'cmon, i single-handedly convinced all of congress to go to war'. then hes shown in whe house of representatives, and he says 'we should go towar, cause everyone knows, if you dont want to go to war, youre gay'. then all of congress is all 'oh yes, lets go to war!', 'i was the first one who said we should go to war!', 'ive always said, its been a good idea to go to war'.
went to the folk festival this weekdend. which was way flippin sweet. except for when i FUCKIN LOST MY BOB DYLAN BANDANA. i saw a bunch of hippies, and rastas, and this one dude had a marcus garvey shirt. way sweet. and i passed this place called menna's (must be new, cause i havent seen it before) and im pretty sureit was this fake bake store/cafe place. i wasnt allowed in-which was ghey.
hobes' bonfire was chill too. 'cept for the little kid. jeesh. he was all 'look im a little annoying kid whos as annoying as fuck'. maybe he wasnt that bad. i think im mentally prepared for school to start, and i wish you are too.
i know im forgetting something, but ya know, straight up live,
